After the arborist puts together recommendations for you, our Seattle-based office team will walk you through your options before getting to work, so you can make the most informed decision about your trees & landscape possible. We will take care of all your tree service needs in an efficient and friendly manner—taking extra care to ensure our worksite is pristine post-service.

If you're used to painfully slow communication (or lack of communication) with contractors in the past, no need to worry about that with Northwest Woodsmen. We answer emails & texts within 24-48 hours. We return voicemails within 24-48 hours. We answer the phones between roughly 7-7 Monday through Friday and 9-5 Saturday & Sunday (if you don't get through to us, it means we're on the phone with another client usually!).

Even better, we will email you your proposal (or mail it to you if you don't use email), written in easy-to-understand language, so you can review the scope in detail before deciding to proceed. If you're busy, you'll be able to accept the tree work proposal online & pay your deposit online too! We try to make scheduling your tree work as quick & painless as possible.

On the day of work – no need to be present if you don't want to be. Our crew will follow the work orders! And then we'll email you the invoice later that day or week - again, you can pay online, no need to mail a check or call into the office unless you want to / have questions for us.
